Women and Girls felicitation ceremony was organized by Shakti, Vigyan Bharti Rajasthan and Rani Laxmibai Martial Arts Academy at Company Bagh, Alwar, Rajasthan. Union Minister Bhupendra Yadav started the program by lighting the lamp in the dignified presence of Shri Sanjay Sharma, Minister, Government of Rajasthan, about one thousand girls from various government and non-government schools, colleges, educational and non-educational, and were felicitated for their excellent performance in various sports. About three thousand girls participated in the program.
SWIP program was also organized by the District Administrative Officer. Zila Parishad CEO Pratibha Verma administered the oath for voting awareness under the SWIP program. Sports officers Anjana Sharma, Deepika Arora, Lakshmi Gupta, Sadhna Khandelwal, Yashoda Mathpal, Renu Mishra, senior journalist Jyoti Sharma etc. were also honored in the program. Self-reliance and self-defense demonstration by the players of the academy were presented along with the cultural program.
